GWP is looking for an intern who wants to join the global secretariat in Stockholm, Sweden, this autumn. The main job tasks will be to support GWP’s SDG Preparedness Facility and Youth for Water and Climate initiative. GWP is offering 30,000 SEK to cover expenses connected to the internship.
Do you live in one of the countries where GWP is active? Are you a student, and interested in water resources management? Are you also interested in other environmental sustainability issues, and have a good grasp of the UN 2030 Development Agenda? Can you travel to Sweden this autumn? If the answer is yes, you might be the person we are looking for.
For a period of three months this autumn, GWP is looking for an intern to assist the work of the Sustainable Development Goals Preparedness Facility (SDG-PF). The goal of this project is to support countries in their commitment to the post-2015 Development Agenda, through practical support in implementing SDG 6 and other water-related SDGs.
GWP also wants the same person to help with the Youth for Water and Climate initiative (YWC). YWC supports youth-led projects related to water and climate challenges, and is developing a community of knowledge and practice to support youth in securing financing for bankable projects.
