Xiamen University organized an official appointment ceremony for Prof. Wang and Prof. Jiang. It was chaired by Prof. Qingshun Li, the Dean of the College of the Environment and Ecology and addressed by Prof. Jiahuai Han, the Vice President of Xiamen University. The ceremony was also witnessed by around 80 professors, experts and students of the university. At the ceremony, by the introduction of Prof. Jiahuai Han, Prof. Wang was awarded as the Specially Honored Professor of Xiamen University and Prof. Jiang as the Guest Professor of Xiamen University.
Xiamen University expected to be benefited from the innovative ideas and technical achievements of Prof. Wang to advance Xiamen University by carrying out the deep cooperation, promoting cross-discipline subjects, improving personnel ability, strengthening the scientific research and promoting the professional team building.
Developing Network to Xiamen University
The date of March 21 marked the network development of GWP China to Xiamen University as Prof. Hao Wang, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and the Acting Chair of GWP China and Prof. Yunzhong Jiang, Deputy Coordinator of GWP China were invited to contribute to the College of the Environment and Ecology, Xiamen University in Fujian Province.
