Welcome to the GWP Med Press Room.
GWP Med in collaboration with MIO-ECSDE, recognizing the important role of media and their valuable contribution to public information on water and environmental issues and to raise public awareness, created the Circle of Mediterranean Journalists for Environment and Sustainable Development (COMJESD).
COMJESD is a flexible circle open to all journalists working in the Mediterranean region focusing on environmental issues. It has been established in line with the Circle of Mediterranean Parliamentarians for Sustainable Development (COMPSUD) aiming to support the dialogue among Members of Parliaments from EU and non-EU Mediterranean countries, politicians and other stakeholders on the protection of the Mediterranean environment, achieving more direct feedback and effective access to the important flow of information and awareness raising activities.
