This 3rd edition, organized by the Ministry of Water and Forestry (MINEF) in collaboration with the Communication Agency "TOUTAZIMUTS" and the Country Water Partnership of Côte d'Ivoire (PNECI) was aiming at promoting the management and exploitation of water resources in the context of climate change.
SNECI was established in 2013 by the Ivorian government to celebrate water to reinforce the awareness of the different actors and the population on the strategic importance of water for the socio-economic development of the Ivory Coast. It also aims to periodically report on the implementation of the commitments made by Côte d'Ivoire and the various stakeholders in water resources management.
