Paseka Lesolang has consulted for a couple of corporate entities giving guidance on innovation and business development matters. He has over 15 years of experience in a variety of entrepreneurial ventures, which has led to an interaction and management of projects, multiple stakeholder relations, and coordination within and between organizations from the public and private sector. He is recognized as a multinational award-winning innovator, industrialist, and high impact entrepreneur for his innovative Integrated Water Resource Management technologies and services, complemented by his scalable business models to create substantial green jobs, especially for the youth. Among several accolades, he is known as the Global Cleantech Innovation Programme (GCIP) Southern Africa Alumni Leader, which has exposed him to institutional and policy environment around Climate Change resilience and Carbon Footprint Analysis. Paseka is the co-author of multiple entrepreneurial books and is featured on several social entrepreneurship, innovation, business, and environmental media platforms.

Paseka is a trained Water and Energy Efficiency practitioner, for Sustainable and Efficient Facilities Management. He has also studied Advanced Entrepreneurship and Business Management at the University of Pretoria, and is a BCom Business Management degree candidate at the University of South Africa. He is currently responsible for Coordinating the GWPSA Youth, Innovation, Jobs and Industrialisation portfolio, which includes the SADC Youth WHEF Innovation Network (SAYWIN) and the Lesotho Integrated Catchment Management (ICM) among its programmes.
