Action 13 - Ground water Measurements, modeling and mapping

In 2019, GWP Caribbean, the Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (CCCCC) and the Government of Grenada (GOG), under the lead of the Ministry of Finance, brought together stakeholders from government ministries and agencies, development partners NGOs, civil society, and the private sector to define a series of strategic actions for advancing on IWRM in Grenada. The following action was defined as part of that process and identified as a priority action to be included in an action plan.

The purpose of this action is to improve management instruments for water availability monitoring by conducting a ground water assessment that includes groundwater measurements, modelling and mapping.
