The four areas are defined as:
1 - Supporting countries to implement a better management of water resources for water security
2 - Promote water resource management to better address adaptation to climate change and other challenges
3 - Make GWP a broker of knowledge on the management of water resources through a global communication platform
4 - Strengthening the GWP-WA network
2009-2013 Strategy
The GWP West Africa strategic plan document was developed following a participatory process with regional partners of GWP-WA. It was inspired by the five-year strategy of the GWP network with its four strategic goals developed using the methodology of Outcome Mapping.
