Other important decisions of this Assembly were the appointment of Mr. N'DRI Koffi, outgoing chair as an honorary member of the CWP; the renewal of the Steering Committee members with the entry of new structures; the renewal of the Executive Secretary KOUADIO François to accompany the new chair during his first mandate.
The renewal process of the members of the Scientific and Technical Council (STC) will be led by the team of the newly elected chair. An Extraordinary Assembly of Partners will be convened soon to review the texts of the CWP as well as the financial situation of the CWP for the period covering the previous mandate.
At the end of the ceremony, Dr. KOFFI Bruno congratulated the Assembly on the honour bestowed upon him. Dr. KOFFI E. Bruno also indicated that an important meeting is needed to reflect on the organization of the CWP and to develop an action plan to serve as a roadmap for the implementation of future activities. He urged everybody to mobilize and dedicate for the attainment of the objectives to be achieved.
Mr. N'DRI Koffi, honorary chair, reassured the Assembly of his full disposition to the CWP.
