Hholds a degree in Agricultural Engineering with a major in Natural Resources Planning and Management from the Faculty of Agronomic Sciences of the University of Abomey-Calavi in Benin, with knowledge in the field of sustainable water resources planning and management.
He worked as a junior consultant before joining from 2013 to 2018, as Technical Assistant the Country Water Partnership of Benin where he provided support to the Municipalities for the implementation of pilot initiatives for the integrated management of water resources of rivers and water bodies in the Ouémé basin.
Before joining the regional secretariat, he provided technical support to the German Development Cooperation in Benin for the operationalization of IWRM in the Pendjari catchment area.
