Speaking, the chair explained the efforts the CWP is involved in to gain more visibility in the institutional framework of the water sector with visits to various actors together with the visit of the regional secretariat early March.
He highlighted some opportunities coming out as well as difficulties the CWP is going through mainly lack of funding, of technical means, of equipment, etc.
The new dynamism of the CWP was much appreciated by participants who encourage the executive secretariat to continue.
