He attended the Expert meeting of the High-Level Segment ''Policy Dialogues in Water-Scarce Countries to Achieve the MDGs to Inform the Mid-Term Review of the Water Action Decade (WAD) on 16 October. The High-Level Segment focused on the implantation to contribute to the success of the UN2023 Water Conference. The technical experts discussed the Cairo Call for Action from the technical perspective and delivered their recommendations to the Ministerial session.
Mr. SENE also moderated on 17 October the session on Expanding the Smart Financing Mechanism.
