The Government, the GEF National Focal Point, IUCN and Mano River Union Experts and Civil Society were represented at this important ceremony.
After the opening ceremony, the working session bureau chaired by Prof. GOULA Bi Albert (chair of CWP expert committee) was set up.
In addition, the Multisectoral Technical Committee (MTC) was officially established to provide political and technical guidance to the project. This Committee, designated by Order N°467/MINEF/CAB of 06 October 2017, is composed of representatives of various ministries and other organizations including the Country Water Partnership of Côte d’Ivoire (PNECI).
