The implementing partners of the Project have had during the last months many virtual meetings to discuss and make arrangements so that the official kick-off meeting can be held in Niamey as soon as the sanitary situation related to the Covid-19 pandemic allows it.
The Steering Committee of the Project was set up through a ministerial decision. The procurement procedures for the purchase of the Project vehicle, furniture and equipment have been finalized as well.
