Topics discussed varied from one institution to the other from updating and signing the partnership agreement with VBA to the collaboration for the GEF project and the establishment of a specific framework for collaboration between CWPs and IUCN-PACO national offices.
Most of the organizations met like IFAD, AfDB, World Bank, the EU delegation are open to discuss opportunities for new or strengthen collaboration with GWP WA through the CWP in most cases. One of the major concern areas that came out is for GWP-WA to obtains a headquarters agreement that will make it easier to eventually benefit from AfDB financing opportunities.
Letters of thanks were sent by the Executive Secretary to the various structures for the follow-up of the recommendations and the partnership undertaken.
