After a reminder of some concepts as well as the challenges and opportunities related to composting at the economic, social and environmental levels of composting, the training focused on compost manufacturing techniques including the uses and principles of composting, the presentation of the approach and tools for the establishment and management of a compost production unit, the presentation of methods, techniques and tools for marketing and commercialization of organic fertilizers
The sessions were enriched with exercises, group work and other adult learning facilitation techniques.
