SamouraThe Director of the museum, Mr. Alassane Samoura, explained the philosophy behind his action. "One always comes out of the water museum with new knowledge and positive impacts for behavioural change," he said. "It is not because we don't have financial support for an activity that we should give up," he explained. He added that he would fight to make this museum a World Museum where each nation on earth has its water symbol and symbolism shown.
