Le GWP-Afrique Centrale a le plaisir de vous présenter son rapport annuel des activités pour l'année 2022. Ce rapport met en lumière les principaux résultats du réseau GWP en Afrique centrale au niveau régional et national (République du Congo, Cameroun, Sao Tomé et Principe, Tchad et République centrafricaine).
GWP-Central Africa is pleased to present to you its annual activity report (in french only) for the year 2022. This report highlights the main outputs of the GWP Network in central Africa at the regional and country (Rebuplic of Congo, Cameroon, Sao Tome and Principe, Chad, and the Central African Republic) levels. Midway into the implementation of GWP's Global Strategy 2020–2025, GWP-Central Africa has made good strides in putting water at the heart of development by mobilizing key actors to seek joint solutions to urgent water and climate adaptation needs in the region.
We are exceptionally thankful to the governments of each country in which we are currently operating for their collaboration on advancing the water agenda. We thank our financial and technical partners for their continuous support and our network of partners for their support in the implementation of our global strategy.
A workshop titled “Project Development Stakeholder Engagement, and pilot-level User Experience Survey on Data and Information Portal developed under 1st Readiness Project” was held from 23 to 24 May 2023 at Hotel Jie Jie Beach, Panadura, Sri Lanka.
A Technical Workshop on “Training for Key Climate Finance Programming Stakeholders on GCF Project Development in Sri Lanka” was organised from 20-25 February 2023 at the Yellow River Auditorium, IWMI, Sri Lanka.
Le programme d'appui à la GIRE de l'ODD 6 a été mis en œuvre au Mali à travers l'initiative intitulée "Appui à la mise en œuvre de la cible 6.5 de l'objectif de développement durable (ODD) 6 sur la gestion de l'eau au Mali". Une action collaborative entre le Partenariat National de l'Eau du Mali (PNE MALI) et le Ministère de l'Energie et de l'Eau à travers la Direction Nationale de l'Hydraulique (DNH).

Le programme d'appui à la GIRE de l'ODD 6 tel que mis en œuvre au Sénégal à travers l'"Initiative d'appui à l'accélération de la mise en œuvre du Plan d'Action de la GIRE - PAGIRE 2018-2030 du Sénégal" par le MINISTÈRE DE L'EAU ET DE L'ASSAINISSEMENT à travers la Direction de la Gestion et de la Planification des Ressources en Eau (DGPRE) en collaboration avec le Partenariat National de l'Eau du Sénégal (PNES).
