Jakarta, Indonesia | September 13, 2025 - At Water Indonesia 2025, the Indonesian Water Association (IdWA) and the Global Water Partnership Southeast Asia (GWP SEA) gathered experts to discuss how Indonesia can move from water scarcity to sustainable solutions.
The Global Water Partnership and the World Meteorological Organization on Thursday, 22 May 2025, hosted a High-Level Dialogue in the context of the G20 to serve as a foundational consultation toward the establishment of the Global Outlook Council on Water Investments. Global Water Partnership Southern Africa, which is the GWP Africa Hub, co-hosted the Dialogue.
The Global Water Partnership (GWP), represented by Mr. Alex Simalabwi, CEO of the Global Water Partnership Organisation (GWPO) and Executive Secretary of the Global Water Partnership (GWP), played a leading role at the AWSISA Africa & Global South Water & Sanitation Dialogue, held from 9–12 November 2025 at Emperors Palace, Johannesburg.
