On the sidelines of the AI Action Summit in Paris, France, on 12 February, OECD and IEEE are convening a session to explore the energy and water footprint of AI, drawing on GWP’s expertise in AI and water usage.

On 21 November 2025, the GWP Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) Regional Council gathered online and introduced the GWP’s new global strategy. The meeting brought together Country Water Partnerships, the Regional Secretariat, and the GWPO Network Officer to discuss the strategy’s implications, regional priorities, and the ongoing transformation of the GWP network.
