Before the International Children's Day, twenty teams of 13-19-year-old young people convened in Ningbo of Zhejiang Province to share their inventions with experts and the public and to realize their innovative solutions to improve water and environment in and around their schools at the 2024 Junior Water Prize (JWP) Final.
Koudougou, August 7, 2025 — As part of the REWarD Volta River Basin project, Burkina Faso has taken a decisive step forward by establishing its National Coordination Committee for Users of Natural Resources in the Volta Basin. This initiative is part of the regional objective to structure, represent, and recognize users in each of the basin countries in order to strengthen their role in natural resource governance.
Global Water Partnership Central and Eastern Europe, as a partner of the EU Horizon 2020 OPTAIN project, organized its 2023 Summer School for 21 selected MSc and PhD students and graduates, working in the field of water management. The Global Water Partnership -Caribbean (GWP-c) hosted a Tabletop Exercise (TTX) for persons working in the Caribbean water sector on Thursday 16th November, 2023.
