GWP Latvia and its partner non-governmental organization Daugavas Savieniba publish a new guideline for practical management of rivers and water streams.
The investigation and survey on water resources in islands, rural drinking water safety and small watershed management carried out by GWP China Fujian, with the support from Fujian Provincial Water Resources Department, starting from earlier this year, ended in August.

The Volta River Basin is one of the largest river systems in Africa covering an area of approximately 400,000 km2. The river basin stretches from latitude 5o 30' N in Ghana to 14o 30' N in Mali.
