GWP Slovakia organised a consulting meeting on 17 February in Bratislava.
GWP Cameroon has cooperated with the Kumbo Urban Council and the locally managed Kumbo Water Authority to improve the management of water supply in Kumbo, Cameroon where the ownership of the water supply system has resulted in a more than thirty year long conflict.
As part of its response to last year’s devastating floods in the country, GWP Pakistan organised on 12 January 2011 a one-day seminar on water security in the face of climate change, with the support of the government’s Planning Commission and the World Meteorological Organisation (WMO).

GWP Executive Secretary and Chair of GWP Mediterranean will participate in the Fifth Global Conference on Oceans, Coasts and Islands, May 3-7 in Paris, France.
