Lomé, November 11, 2025 – The Regional Initiative for Water and Environment in the Transboundary Mono River Basin (RIWE-Mono) project has reached a decisive milestone with the official launch of the Transboundary Diagnostic Analysis (TDA) and Strategic Action Programme (SAP) process.
