The Global Water Partnership - Mediterranean is seeking to hire a Senior Programme Officer. The successful candidate will be hired by the Mediterranean Information Office for Environment, Culture and Sustainable Development (MIO-ECSDE), a civil non-profit society based in Greece, in its capacity as Host Institute for GWP-Med.
This event showcases various drought management initiatives across Latin America and the Caribbean. It brings together experts, policy makers, and scientists who will share how droughts impact and manifest themselves in their respective countries and localities.

Hosted at the Slovak Hydrometeorological Institute (SHMU), this two-day event united participants from across the Danube region to explore innovative solutions for water challenges and foster collaboration between generations.
In 2022, the Global Water Partnership-Caribbean (GWP-C), along with partner agencies, including the GEF CReW+, UNEP Caribbean Environment Programme and the Cartagena Convention Secretariat in collaboration with the Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) and Caribbean WaterNet (the Caribbean arm of Cap-Net UNDP), hosted the first-ever International Online Training Programme on the "Preparation of Shit Flow Diagrams (SFDs) for Caribbean Countries."
