Implementing Rwanda Water Policy

2009-2013 Strategy

The GWP West Africa  strategic plan document  was developed following a participatory process with regional partners of GWP-WA. It was inspired by the five-year strategy of the GWP network with its four strategic goals developed using the methodology of Outcome Mapping.

China determined to secure its water resources

A high-level Roundtable on Climate Change and Water Security was held in Beijing on April 8 to address the critical issue of how to ensure water security in the face of climate change. Multiple stakeholder groups were represented by the 112 participants. The meeting was jointly organized by GWP China and the Swiss Development and Cooperation Agency.

GWP a Significant Contributor at ADB Water Conference

GWP Patron Margaret Catley-Carlson delivered the keynote speech at this year's Asia Development Bank’s (ADB) water conference held October 11-15, 2010 in Manila, Philippines. Her focus was on “cutting through red tape in order to achieve better water security.” The GWP delegation participated in a variety of sessions and gave presentations.
