In 2010 GWPCentral America approached the University of Panama to discuss putting water issues in the journalism curriculum.

On behalf of GWP China, Ms. Ma Yilin, Programme Officer of GWP China Secretariat, participated in the training course of the Post-quake Rural Water Supply Facilities Evaluation and Capacity Building Project which was organized by Shaanxi Project Management Office (PMO) on June 11, 2010.

GWP is a global action network. Its chief focus is to support social change processes that further the sustainable management and development of water resources. To do this, the network invites like-minded organisations to join this global movement.
