In July 2010 GWP South Asia conducted a 3-day dialogue and training workshop with the Water Integrity Network (WIN) during which they explored areas of possible strategic cooperation and were also exposed to water integrity methods, tools and materials.
GWP Armenia organized a roundtable devoted to the Kura-Araks River on June 2, 2011, a day designated as the Kura-Araks Rivers Protection Day. The round table was aimed at attracting the attention of participants to the problems of transboundary river basins. The key message of the roundtable was to apply “Common river – Common Opportunities” approaches.
UNDP's Cap-Net Programme, in collaboration with GWP has completed the implementation of a three year project to strengthen capacity in water management in Africa and the Caribbean.
