In the frame of the competition, a webinar to explain basic concepts on NBS to young people was organized on the 30 March 2023 (12:00-13:30 CET) in cooperation with GWP CEE, GWP Slovenia and the University of Belgrade. The main purpose was to increase applicants’ knowledge on NBS and to help them to submit their proposal. The agenda covered an overview of NBS and the presentations on wastewater treatment wetlands, on NBS to healthy city and on large-scale NBS for flood risk reduction. The participants were also informed on an online support tool, gwotoolbox.org, which allows stakeholders to learn, explore and connect with other water management experts.
