The theme for this year 2019 was “Water and Environment- a strategic driver in attainment of sustainable development goals 2020”.
GWPEA partnered with the Uganda Water Partnership and exhibited its publications and reached out to the many participants to explain its mission, goals and activities in the region. A visitors’ book was opened and over 100 people visited GWPEA stand and commended its work.
GWPEA also participated and contributed in several sessions related to water security, IWRM, SDGs, etc.
