It is hosted by International Association for Hydro-Environment Engineering and Research Asia and Pacific Division (IAHR-APD), organized by Changjiang River Scientific Research Insititute (CRSRI) and Sichuan University (SCU), and jointly supported by GWP China Yangtze River Basin Water Partnership.
