Dr. Oyun is a Member of Parliament of Mongolia, former Minister of Environment and Green Development, and former Minister of Foreign Affairs. She currently serves as President of the United Nations Environment Assembly of UNEP.

The 2019 United Nations Climate Change Conference, also known as COP25, will take place on 2-13 December, in Madrid, Spain. The conference is being held under the presidency of the Chilean government. GWP is an accredited IGO observer and will bring new water insights to the climate agenda.
