Being innovative in the face of an ever-changing world, delivering GWP’s strategy despite the challenges of COVID, and connecting water communities across the globe – these were some of the key messages during this year’s GWP Network Meeting.
The African Ministers’ Council on Water (AMCOW), along with the other co-convenors of the High-Level Panel on Water Investments for Africa adopted a roadmap during their inaugural meeting hosted by AMCOW and the Global Center on Adaptation in Rotterdam, Netherlands on 7 September 2021.
2020 proved to be a difficult year for people worldwide, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the cascading effects this brought to every aspect of life, both personal and professional. While 2021 may not seem that different to 2020, there are glimmers of hope that show a light at the end of a dark tunnel.
