From 19th to 22nd September 2023, the 4th General Assembly meeting took place, hosted by the University of Milan. This gathering was set in the vicinity of Iseo Lake in the charming Italian town of Iseo. World Rivers Day is an annually recurring occasion to highlight the many values of rivers and to increase public awareness and encourage improved stewardship of rivers around the world. This year, we commemorate the day by drawing attention to the importance of cooperating over shared rivers.
