The Global Water Partnership Central Asia and Caucasus (GWP CACENA) is seeking to hire an expert familiar with the Paris Agreement, NDCs, and NAPs in order to synthesize the results of a gap assessment that will be done in the CACENA region and support the development of a strategic planning document for the region.
