Over fifty stakeholders from government institutions, civil society organizations, NGOs, private companies, local communities, and technical and financial partners met at the Hotel Oubangui, Bangui, on February 7th, 2024, to validate the national response strategy to barriers hindering the implementation of resilient water resources in the country.

May 22-23, 2022, GWP China joined Tsinghua to complete a mock leaders' dialogue on Langcang-Mekong Cooperation(LMC). GWP China Fujian recommended Prof. David J. Devlaeminck (PhD) to coach undergraduates of Tsinghua University in their role play practice of powers' communication in the trans-boundary process.

The Global Water Partnership Caribbean (GWP-C) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Roxanne Graham-Victor as the new GWP-C Coordinator, effective May 1st, 2025. Dr. Graham-Victor- a Grenadian, is an accomplished environmental specialist, with a wealth of expertise in marine and water resource management. She holds a PhD in Maritime Affairs, with her research focusing on marine debris management in the Eastern Caribbean, as well as a Master’s degree in Marine Affairs specializing in invasive species and their impact on marine ecosystems.
Bali, Indonesia | June 4, 2025 — Water resource leaders from across Southeast Asia convened in Bali for the 25th ASEAN Working Group on Water Resources Management (AWGWRM) Meeting. The event featured an open consultation in collaboration with the UN Water Convention, focusing on advancing transboundary water cooperation in the region.
