The Volta Basin Authority (VBA) in collaboration with the Global Water Partnership in West Africa (GWP-WA) organise a regional workshop to accelerate the implementation of the activities of the project ‘Reversing Water and Ecosystem Degradation in the Volta Basin’ or REWarD - Volta River Basin. This workshop takes place from 14 to 17 January 2025 in Lomé, Togo.
Representatives of government ministries, private sector, civil society, and research organisations met in Yaoundé under the umbrella of a stakeholder consultation organized by GWP-Cameroon in collaboration with the Ministry of Water Resources and Energy (MINEE) on March 23rd, 2023 to verify and finalize the country’s score on the AIP scorecard.

Since water affects us all, we have to response with immediate action, as access to clean and safe water and basic sanitation consider human rights, yet large part of the world population still does not have access to it.
