Global Water Partnership China Hebei, abbreviation: GWP China Hebei. It was founded in October 2003 and since then has been played as a network which promotes IWRM and sustainable use of water resources.
GWP China Hunan was established in 2007, to promote IWRM for the sustainable use and management of water resources and the harmonious relationship between nature and human.
GWP China Shaanxi was set up in June, 2004, for promoting IWRM for the sustainable use of water resources and sustainable development of society and economy.
GWP China Yellow River was founded in October, 2005, to convene all members to promote the Water Law of the PRC in accordance with the Constitution of the PRC.
GWP China Fujian was set up in October, 2002, with the host institution of Xiamen University. Its governance structure consists of its Council and Secretariat.
Towards 2020, GWP China has accomplished the rational allocation and efficient utilization and protection of water resources and promoted the sustainable utilization of water resources and resources- saving and harmonious environment through facilitating the implementation of SDG water related goals and the IWRM.
Water resources in the CEE region are important for the development of its countries, providing water for consumption, sanitation, irrigation, industrial use, navigation, fishing, recreation, and other purposes.
The Global Water Partnership-Central Africa (GWP-CAf), one of the thirteen Regional Water Partnerships, started its activities in Central Africa in 2004 with the Central Africa Technical Committee in short (GWP-CAfTAC). In 2008, the GWP-CAf, Central African Regional Water Partnership (GWP-CAf) was formally established.
