The Foreign Affairs Division Directors Workshop was organized by Department of International Cooperation, Science and Technology, Ministry of Water Resources(MWR).
The workshop on Xiangjiang River Basin Management, organized by GWP China Hunan, was held on November 24 -25, 2011 in Hengyang, Hunan Province with over 70 participants from governmental agencies, research institutions, universities and NGOs. Mr. Zheng Rugang, the Coordinator of GWP China, participated and made a speech on behalf of GWP China.

GWP-SEA further operates through relations with accredited Country Water Partnerships (CWP), and other separate co-operating entities that have been given a role in the Regional Water Partnership (RWP) in accordance with GWP-SEA Statute.
“Karst Without Boundaries”, an international Conference and Field Seminar organized in the framework of the DIKTAS Project (Protection and Sustainable Use of the Dinaric Karst Aquifer System), was held from 11 to 15 June 2014 in Trebinje, Bosnia & Herzegovina, and Dubrovnik, Croatia.
