The Global Water Partnership-Caribbean (GWP-C) Journalists Network on Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) is a body of journalists from the Caribbean region empowered to build awareness on IWRM and water related issues in their country or region.
The Caribbean region has been exposed to IWRM and it is the goal of Global Water Partnership-Caribbean (GWP-C) to work together with its partners and stakeholders at all levels to implement IWRM in the Caribbean.
The WACDEP programme is an initiative of AMCOW and involves the major African organisations with competencies in water. The programme is operationalised by GWP and funded by GWP's core donors and by Austria in particular.
“Water security” is an enduring issue which has been a major concern in the world and to this day remains a critical matter in society.
