The topic for this event is the source-to-sea approach in international water law. It is jointly organised by GWP and Wuhan International Water Academy (IWLA) and it is part of the ongoing efforts to engage more with participants of the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) for Governance for Transboundary Freshwater Security.

Within the framework of the AIP WACDEP-G program, GWP-CAf in collaboration with the Directorate General of Natural Resources and Energy (DGRE) STP and GWP Sao Tome and Principe (PNASTP) organised a virtual/in-person gender training for the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) sector managers in Sao Tome and Principe from April 6th to 8th 2021.
The NGO WaterAid organized a workshop in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso on March 30, 2021, bringing together key actors involved in the advocacy for climate resilient WASH services.
In accordance with the Head of State’s instructions during his September 12th, 2012 visit to the flood victims in the North and Far North regions of Cameroon to "strengthen metrological information at all levels and on a regular basis" and as part of the Water, Climate, Environment - Gender (WACDEP-G) program, GWP-Cameroon supported the National Meteorological Department of the Ministry of Transport (MINT) in improving the mechanisms for collecting and disseminating agrometeorological information during a workshop held in Yaoundé on November 27th, 2020 .
After nominating Global Water Partnership Organization (GWPO) as the implementing partner for the Green Climate Fund (GCF) Readiness program, the Central African Republic National Climate Coordination, through the support of GWP Central African Republic (GWP-CAR), the Ministry in charge of Water and the Ministry in charge of Environment and Sustainable Development organized a national multi-stakeholder workshop on June 22nd, 2021, in Bangui, to present and approve the country’s draft proposal for GCF Readiness programme
