The Global Water Partnership-Caribbean (GWP-C) Secretariat had the unique experience of spending the day at the headquarters of its newest partner, the Toco Foundation on September 14^th, 2011.

Global Water Partnership West Africa (GWP / WA) and a number of partners will launch a "regional dialogue on joint management of groundwater resources of West Africa" .

Only institutions, organizations, associations and firms can be partner of GWP-WA.

GWP China Hunan was established in 2007, to promote IWRM for the sustainable use and management of water resources and the harmonious relationship between nature and human.

GWP China Yellow River was founded in October, 2005, to convene all members to promote the Water Law of the PRC in accordance with the Constitution of the PRC.

GWP China Fujian was set up in October, 2002, with the host institution of Xiamen University. Its governance structure consists of its Council and Secretariat.

West Africa has ten aquifers and some countries have no other alternative water resources than groundwater.

NBDF third forum, Kigali, Rwanda, 26-28 October 2011. GWP participated in the third Nile Basin Development Forum and presented during a panel discussion to prepare recommendations by the Nile Basin Development Forum.
