The Global Water Partnership Southern Africa (GWPSA) seeks to fill three positions on the Regional Board. The three nominated Board Members are expected to serve on the Board for a four-year Term from Nov 2019-Nov 2023.
GWP-Med is co-organising upcoming events focusing on facilitating investments in the water sector, the role of gender in water diplomacy and mobilizing Young Professionals in the fight to meet the SDGs at Cairo Water Week 2020.
As part of the implementation of the project Strengthening Investments for Climate Resilient Development in the Lake Nokoué - Lagoon Complex of Porto Novo (RICC), a local database should be set up on climate information in the area of the Lac Nokoué-Lagune complex of Porto-Novo.
GWP had a strong presence at this year’s Stockholm World Water Week (WWW), from 25-30 August. A large delegation participated in over 30 sessions, and the GWP Strategy for 2020-2025 was launched at a side event. The booth – the focal point of all GWP’s representatives, partners, and collaborators – was designed to encourage interactivity and inclusive participation.
