GWP Mediterranean has been working actively in Jordan for over a decade, assisting the country’s water sector to meet the challenging demands it faces. Much of the work has been centered around sustainable water financing. In the past year, a significant breakthrough was made when a government-led collaboration with the Jordanian banking sector was established.

The American Water Resources Association (AWRA) is holding is annual water resources conference in Portland, Oregon, USA on 5-9 November.

In the spirit of building resilience to climate change, GWPEA conducted consultations with different stakeholders in the three catchments of Uganda (Aswa, Awoja, Maziba) where EURECCCA Project is being implemented

The SADC Multi-Stakeholder Water Dialogue is an event organised by the SADC Directorate of Infrastructure and Services, Water Division to provide a forum for practitioners in the region to have a dialogue with water using and water influencing sectors. The underlying objective is to ensure that the interventions in the water sector are well communicated to the non-water sector actors and also create an environment to receive inputs from them. Dr. Ken Msibi explains the objectives of the 8th SADC Multi-Stakeholder Water Dialogue.
