GWP is a Collaborating Partner of the 2013 World Water Week, and will be convening and participating in many of the events happening 1-6 September in Stockholm. GWP will also launch several new publications, as well as a brand new website for the IWRM ToolBox.
A series of 22 country consultations took place from February to May 2013 to address the importance of water to national development. These national stakeholder consultations were part of the process taking place to listen to country needs and priorities regarding the post-2015 agenda for water and sustainable development.
The topic of World Water Day 2015 is Water and Sustainable Development. GWP CEE took active part in the global GWP campaign In Support of a Dedicated Water Goal in collaboration with UN-Water, to raise awareness of the links between Water and Sustainable Development.
