The Commission of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU) organized, from October 25 to 27, 2023, by videoconference, the validation workshop of the report of the prospective study on the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) related to water and sanitation and the Common Environmental Improvement Policy (PCAE).
The Water Changemaker Innovation Awards 2023 is proud to announce the top 30 finalists selected from a pool of exceptionally innovative and impactful projects dedicated to addressing water-related challenges worldwide. GWP-Cameroon in collaboration with the Douala Urban City Council organized a two-day multi-stakeholder workshop in Douala on August 5th – 6th, to present the results of the case studies carried out by GWP-Cameroon on plastic waste pollution and its impact on the rivers in Cameroon’s economic capital, Douala.
