The members of the Steering Committee (SC) of the Global Water Partnership in West Africa (GWP-WA) met online on October 20, 2023 to analyze the progress of the network and provide guidance in line with their mandate to manage the regional network between two Assemblies of Partners (AP).
Organised by SIWI, World Water Week 2024 aims to highlight water cooperation, for peace and security in its broadest sense. GWP and its network will co-convene, support and take part in various activities, both within the formal agenda of the Week but also side-events and other conversations outside the venue.
The hybrid dialogue on Hydro-Diplomacy: pathways to Enhance Water Cooperation was held on 11 January 2024 in line with the “Signpost to Bali- Voices of the Unheard ” webinar series.
