Croatian children won the "International Danube Art Master 2013" competition, the International Commission for the Protection of the Danube River and Global Water Partnership Central and Eastern Europe announced today at the Budapest Water Summit.

International Roundtable on “Integrated Shared Lake Basin Management in Southeastern Europe"

Ohrid, FYR Macedonia, 12-14 October 2006

 

Organized jointly by GWP-Med and the Lake Ohrid Watershed Committee, with the support of GEF IW:LEARN Activity D2, the International Roundtable will address issues of integrated management of lake basins and the linkages to connected river basin, groundwater and coastal management. The overall aim is the promotion of cooperation for the management of the transboundary water bodies of the South Western Balkan Peninsula region.

Country Water Partnerships

GWP SAS currently represents six Country Water Partnerships (CWPs) in Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Assessment of drought impact on forests

GWP Indonesia: an implementation of cooperation between GWP and UNDP

As an implementation of cooperation between GWP and UNDP, Indonesia Water Partnership held a National Consultations on Water in Post-2015 Development Agenda on 4 March 2013 in Ministry of Public Work Building, Jakarta .

The thematic consultation was focused on water have three defined subsets for water: (1) Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), (2) Wastewater/Water Quality (WW/Q) and (3) Water Resources  Management (WRM).
