Organized by the Ministry of Environment of the Slovak Republic, the Slovak Environment Agency and the Water Research Institute, the Conference "Water Resource Protection 2019" will take place on 17-18 June 2019 in Bratislava, Slovakia.

Global Water Partnership Central and Eastern Europe (GWP CEE) is pleased to announce that Mr. Konstantin Ivanov has been selected as the new Regional Coordinator for Central and Eastern Europe. His appointment is effective from 1 March 2019.
At the Korea Global Adaptation Week on 8-12 April in Songdo, Republic of Korea, GWP launched the publication, “Addressing Water in National Adaptation Plans - Water Supplement to the UNFCCC NAP Technical Guidelines", and explored new and on-going collaboration with key stakeholders.
