The training programme on the use of the PYTHON programming software, which was launched by the CWP Senegal and the water Pole of the Gaston Berger University of Saint-Louis, continued with the launch of the second phase at the Gaston Berger University.
On 16 and 17 May 2022 in Dakar, the Virtual University of Senegal convened a workshop to launch its flagship programmes. Dr. Adrien COLY, the CWP chair participated in this workshop.

Almost 10 years ago, Senegal started a process of updating the water code that dates to 1981. Since a draft revised document is available, the Ministry of Water and Sanitation, through the Directorate of Water Resources Management and Planning (DGPRE), organized a workshop to share this draft law with all stakeholders in the water sector.
