Marcus Hoareau is from the Seychelles Islands and is attending the WEF Nexus Dialogue in his capacity as the Board Chairman of the Seychelles National Youth Council, which is the government entity/agency that has the mandate of empowering youth and promoting youth involvement.
He is also the Commonwealth Youth Representative for his country and an ex police officer.
Marcus holds a diploma in Telecommunication Systems and 7 years experience as a communications officer.
